BLOK: FIFTY8onV

In September 2014, we posted about BLOK’s luxe apartment complex that’s heading to Sea Point (if you missed it, here’s the info). The firm just announced its plans for a brand new project: FIFTY8onV in Cape Town’s Vredehoek.

The development consists of 11 contemporary apartments, including two penthouses.

• Size of the units: 86m² – 155m², 10 of which are two-bedroom apartments and one of which is a one-bedroom apartment.
• Standard features of each unit: Oak flooring, bio-ethanol fireplaces, built-in home offices and daybeds, SMEG appliances throughout (including dishwashers, tumble dryers, washing machines, stoves and fridges) and secure parking.
