VISI COMPETITION RULES
- The winners will be the first correct entries drawn after the closing date.
- If a selected winner cannot be reached at the contact details supplied, an alternative winner will be selected.
- Prizes will be delivered to the winners.
- Winners will be required to provide their ID numbers as per the new Consumer Protection Act guidelines.
- The winners are required to accept the prizes as described in the magazine. No correspondence will be entered into relating to the terms on which the prizes are offered.
- Winners will not be eligible for other prizes for six months after winning a competition.
- Prizes may not be transferred to another person or converted into cash.
- VISI competitions are open to all South African residents. Employees of New Media and the prize-sponsoring companies, their family members, advertising and promotion agencies and any other parties associated with the competition may not enter.
- You must be 18 years or older to enter competitions.
- Neither New Media nor any of its partners can be held responsible for disputes in connection with prizes or for any loss, damage or injury that may be suffered or incurred by prize winners.
- Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and agree to be bound by them when entering VISI competitions.
- Data collected may be shared with the prize-sponsoring companies, but will not be sold or passed on to third parties.
- New Media reserves the right to cancel, modify or amend competitions at any time if deemed necessary.

Persons using the VISI.co.za website for any reason whatsoever, subject themselves to and agree to these terms and conditions and privacy policy of VISI when accessing this website.

VISI expressly reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to amend this agreement.

You, the user hereby ratify, guarantee and agree to be personally liable for any and all obligations entered into or assumed by others who use the information, content or services through your user account.
You, the user, hereby acknowledge that certain information, content, service and/or links may contain objectionable images, materials, content or information.
Except as expressly permitted in this User Agreement, neither you, the user, nor your designated users may reproduce, redistribute, retransmit, publish or otherwise transfer, or commercially exploit, any information, software or other content which they receive or access through the service.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
By using this website or communicating with VISI by electronic means, the user consents and acknowledges that any and all agreements, notices, disclosures, or any other communication satisfies any legal requirement, including but not limited to the requirement that such communications should be “in writing”.

2.3. When you take part in a competition
When you enter a competition, we collect your personal information on the entry form.
We collect your:

We will use the information you provided on the entry form to administer the competition and to communicate with you about the competition.
If you win a prize, we will ask for your address in order to deliver it.
2.4. We use your information to send you our newsletter
We have a weekly newsletter that is delivered by e-mail.
We’ll ask you whether you want to receive the newsletter, if you agree it is important that you know you can unsubscribe at any time by following the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email or by contacting us.
3. What about children’s information?
We do not knowingly collect the personal information of children without the consent of a parent or guardian.
If we specifically target a child, we will ask for consent from the child’s parent or guardian.
4. We may share your information with trusted service providers
