Impilo Engcono results from a three-day workshop undertaken by Zwelethu Mthethwa at the Africa Centre in rural KwaZulu-Natal in June 2012. During this workshop, Zwelethu worked closely with 10 talented youths from the Mtubatuba area, training them in the art of photography with the intent of empowering them through the nurturing of a sustainable skill set.
