This short clip gives you a peek inside the new Mad Giant brewery and restaurant in Joburg, designed by SA favourite Haldane Martin.
Fitting with the name, the concept behind the aesthetic was to present things on a larger scale. Haldane explains this with their statement Meccano tables – designed to look like a bigger version of the popular children’s toy.
Haldane focuses on bespoke furniture pieces and raw steel to tie in with the industrial theme.
