1. Pao Hui Kao’s Paper Pleats Furniture Collection
Each piece of furniture by Pao Hui Kao is made from tracing paper bound in rice glue. The collection was inspired by the designer’s sensitivity to chemicals and the need for more eco-friendly products. The collection includes a dining table set, stools, coffee tables, shelving, a ceiling lamp and a space divider.

2. New Illustrations by Yay Abe
Cape Town-based illustration studio Yay Abe, headed up by Russell Abrahams, recently released a series of images on Instagram that highlight the importance of self-isolation and caring during the COVID-19 pandemic.

3. Volkswagen e-Bulli
Volkswagen has released a concept for the e-Bulli, a 1966 classic t1 Samba bus, modernised with a 2020 electric drive. The refurbished aesthetics, interior and exterior are complemented by a silent electric drive system.
