NOVATOP ACOUSTIC panels optimise the acoustic properties of a space, allowing sound absorption in a wide tonal range. In fact, with most of the panels, the sound is not only absorbed, but also dispersed.

Made from a solid three-layer panel (SWP) perforated into various profiles, the proportion of the perforated area and the shape of the profile vary with different models. During production, the prefabricated panels, which are ready for direct assembly, can be complemented with an absorber; the overall composition of the panel is chosen according to the acoustic requirements of the project.

The panels are popular not only for residential projects, but also offices and schools, where an acoustic comfort has a positive impact on concentration. The panels can also be utilised in restaurants and other venues for better acoustic comfort.

Here are some examples of projects that make use of NOVATOP ACOUSTIC panels:

Office reconstruction: NOVATOP ACOUSTIC panels were installed on wooden battens fixed by screws to the concrete ceiling. Installation of the panels took one day and significantly improved the acoustics of the office.

A music school featuring acoustic panels on the ceiling and on one wall in the concert room.

A new family house built from cross-laminated timber (CLT).

These acoustic panels were fixed on wooden beams for the renovation of an old family home. The acoustic panels significantly improved the sound of the TV and music played in the room.

This school made use of the acoustic panels in classrooms in the attic.

The acoustic panels are available in South Africa in the national warehouses of Universal Plywoods. The standard dimension 625 mm x 2 500 mm can be installed by a professional builder as well as someone skilled in DIY projects.
