Aria
Characterised by seamless transitions, Aria blurs the boundaries between inside and out. The open glass façade reveals a lush garden and pool area, while the double volume dining area integrates the second floor and opens up the centre of the house to the sky. The effect of these floating elements, bringing the outside in, is clearest from the dining area. The kitchen, lounge and family rooms all flow out to external covered patios. To further the connection to nature, the kitchen courtyard opens to a herb garden and the living room patio has an intimate serene summer courtyard.
Arca
Designed around an ancient oak tree, Arca puts nature front and centre. The living room, playroom and double volume dining room all open onto a planted courtyard, introducing a green belt into the heart of the house. The single storey living room has a flat planted roof that extends a natural garden in front of the main bedroom above. A central double volume space joins a study and pyjama lounge, forming a dramatic transparent feature that bathes the house in light, views and greenery from all sides.
Ava
Tranquillity and a sense of total seclusion are two key features of this home. As you enter Ava through a private courtyard, with an overhead entrance canopy, the open plan dining area, covered patio, pool, and expansive gardens are revealed beyond. The family room is partially secluded, and has its own patio, with a well sized natural walled courtyard, well protected from the sun in summer. The large windows and double volume space at the centre of the house allow in natural light and views of the garden.
Ash
Positioned in the quiet, most secluded corner of the estate, this Ash is surrounded by established trees flowing onto a natural garden, offering its own unique experience of nature. A large drive court leads into a long, naturally planted entrance courtyard ending in a covered entrance with a large timber front door. Turning at the entrance, there are picturesque views through the kitchen courtyard on the one side, right through to the garden on the other side.
