SA’s dhk architects have completed a sustainable office development in Cape Town’s Century City.

Bridge Park, designed for developers Growthpoint Properties and Rabie Property Group, is situated in Bridgeways, a new green precinct in Century City.

Home to over 18 000 m² of state-of-the-art office space, the interiors are drenched in natural light and feature breathtaking 360 degree views. Bridge Park has also achieved a 5 star Green Star SA sustainability rating.

Both buildings contain a landscaped “forest” to incorporate nature into the interiors, as well as a large rooftop terrace overlooking Table Mountain.

Absa will be consolidating 14 of their Western Cape Offices into the new building.
