We’ve posted about BLOK’s luxe apartment complex that’s under development in Sea Point, as well as their Vredehoek apartments, FIFTY8onV. The firm has just announced its plans for a brand-new coastal project: SIXTY6onK on Sea Point’s Kloof Road.

SIXTY6onK is designed with a mix of two and three bedroom units. There will be 13 apartments: three penthouses with three beds, three apartments with two beds and seven apartments with three beds.

The apartments are being designed with families in mind, due to the close location to good schools, parks and community areas. SIXTY6onK has a Japanese feel, using soft, subtle and warm tones, as well as elements such as glass, wood and natural greenery.
