BAR ROC at Ellerman House

Designed by local interior design firm OKHA, Cape Town’s Ellerman House launches BAR ROC, a stellar drinking and dining space that exudes languid luxury and timeless elegance.

Located in the Atlantic Seaboard suburb of Bantry Bay, Ellerman House is a luxury boutique hotel housed in a Cape Edwardian mansion. Designed by OKHA’s Adam Court, BAR ROC’s interiors boast a meticulously selected palette that features a sumptuous balance of modernity and classicism.

The design’s use of raw materials, such as terrazzo flooring and brass accents, are reminiscent of Milanese bars and bistros, tastefully contrasted with mirrored finishes and muted hues of black and blue to create an ambience of quiet provocation.
