Spotted at Decorex: Margie Jansen Textiles

This Cape Town-based artist’s brightly coloured hand-printed designs would make a great addition to any space or wardrobe.

What’s great about Margie’s hand-made foliage-inspired designs is that they can be used for anything, from homeware and decoration to fashion. Margie’s penchant for bold, abstract artwork, geometric shapes and simple, stylised foliage illustrations is what lead to her creating her range. The materials are all locally sourced and the selection of paints and fabrics is all natural.

Her range includes tote bags, cushions, tablecloths and scarves. Drawn to her designs at this year’s Decorex, we now cannot wait until her online shop is up and running.
