Picks of the Week

COMPILED BY VISI

From a cotton-candy inspired armchair and an ombre diamond ring to retro outdoor loungers, these are the top VISI picks of the week series – week 171.

1. “A Factory as it Might Be” by Assemble

“UK architecture studio Assemble (who we previously featured here) has temporarily transformed the façade of a warehouse in the US (their first project in America) with a series of patchwork tiles,” says Online Editor Lindi Brownell Meiring. “I really love this studio’s work.”

2. Cotton by Missana

“I’m not really a fan of pinks, but Missana’s new armchair created by Spanish designer Eli Gutiérrez certainly has me reconsidering that thought altogether,” says Freelance Content Producer Cheri Morris. “I would love one for my reading nook at home.”

3. Sir Alex by Smania

“The world can’t get enough of ‘Greenery’, Pantone’s Colour of the Year 2017 and neither can I,” says Assistant Editor Tracy Greenwood. “The idea of curling up in this chair’s plush embrace with my iPad this winter seems like heaven.”

4. Kirsten Goss’s Pretty Killer / Diamond Condition Collections

“How lovely are these new autumn additions to the collections by jewellery designer Kirsten Goss?” says Acting Managing Editor Samantha Charles. “My favourite is the ombre diamond ring set in 18k gold. Stunning.”

5. The Mobelli Salone V2 Collection
