Officine Gullo’s Outdoor Barbecue Range

Officine Gullo has launched a collection of barbecues for outdoor cooking enthusiasts who prefer to grill with the utmost convenience.

Crafted in stainless steel, Officine Gullo’s gas barbecues are available in three sizes – 80 cm-wide (BBQ80), 100 cm-wide (BBQ100) and 140 cm-wide (BBQ140). The barbecues are all fully customisable, and can be painted in any of the existing colour offerings, as well as in custom shades. There are also a variety of finishes available for the brass details.

THE BBQ80: This barbecue has six high-performance 23 kW burners and sturdy stainless steel grills – the ideal non-stick surface for even the most delicate dishes. The BBQ80 comes complete with an ice tray with integrated cutting board, a drinks holder/container and an infrared cooking area.

The lid operates on sliding rails and can be retracted to regain the space required. Along with back-lit handles, internal lighting has been positioned within the cooking area, on the sides of the lid and inside the barbecue units, for additional convenience.

THE BBQ100: The BBQ100 features a 2 920 cm² cooking area with eight high-performance 31 kW burners and sturdy 9.5 mm-thick stainless steel grills. Along with all of the features of the BBQ80, the BBQ100 also comes with a practical built-in tray that can be easily removed as needed, making smoking food a straightforward process. Wood powered, the tray enables the barbecue to be transformed into a food smoker.

THE BBQ 140 BUILT-IN: This barbecue features an impressive cooking surface, measuring 3 543 cm², and a total of nine high-performance 39.2 kW burners, on top of all the features on the BBQ80 and BBQ100. The cooking area consists of two units: the first has sturdy 9.5 mm-thick stainless steel grills; the second consists of a 47 cm × 46 cm infrared cooking area. This, as with the BBQ80 and BBQ100, is a high-temperature cooking surface, which, due to the ceramic cooking top can reach 980°C. In direct contact with an intense source of heat, similar to charcoal, meats brown rapidly, ensuring tender and succulent results.
