The Winchester, a new development headed up by Rawson Developers, is a contemporary apartment block in the heart of Cape Town’s Observatory.

There are 105 New York-style apartments that form part of the block, all of which make use of clean modern lines and “future-forward” design-thinking. The combination of living and eating areas maximises space, as well as the floor-to-ceiling windows, which provide breathtaking views.
