Nataša Njegovanović, a second year MA student of Industrial Design at the School of Design, Faculty of Architecture at the University of Zagreb in Croatia, has created the Avila furniture collection for kids, designs which are both practical and fun.
The range is inspired by barnyard animals, which include a dog, a cat, a rooster, a pig and a cow. The sleek and stylish designs are aesthetically pleasing for both children and adults and stimulate children in development and play.
From a desk and a push-bike to a stool, storage chest and pencil box, these subtly designed pieces inspire creative thinking and imagination. All of the pieces are created in a Croatian village from natural materials, including Slavonia Oak.
