London-based artist Jonathan Lawes creates bold, graphic prints that embrace the notion of layering.

His hand-printed works feature a loose, organic style that he creates by printing numerous layers and colours on top of each other to create elements of surprise, depth and texture.

Jonathan graduated at the Leeds Arts University with a Printed Textiles and Surface Pattern Design degree. He also designs for interiors clients and creates his own brand of stationery – all featuring his signature geometric patterns and style.
