Blok TENONQ: A New Development in Sea Point

Urban property developers Blok have released plans for their latest and largest development to date – TENONQ – an eight-storey building that will house 53 stylish apartments.

Blok will be constructing its latest development in Sea Point. TENONQ will be situated between Kloof and Regent Roads and will house the most apartments within any of the buildings in Blok‘s urban apartment portfolio. However, the increase in quantity won’t be decreasing the quality that Blok residents have come to know and love. The pet-friendly residences will include nine one-bedroomed apartments, ten loft apartments, twenty-eight two-bedroomed duplex units, two two-bedroomed apartments, two two-bedroomed garden units, nine one-bedroomed units and two three-bedroomed duplex penthouses.

The urban focus property development group will be keeping with the ethos of shared spaces and providing thoughtfully developed communal spaces such as a rooftop garden with a braai area, swimming pool, guest lobby and concierge, as well as both an indoor and outdoor gym. They will also be taking every measure to ensure the safety of their residents with access control, CCTV and full-time security guards. There will also be ample parking for both residents, visitors, motorcyclists and cyclists.

Construction is scheduled to begin in March 2017 and they aim for TENONQ to be ready for occupation by the summer of 2018/19. | blok.co.za.
