British architect Ian Simpson lives in a breathtaking penthouse at the top of a 160m high skyscraper in Manchester, a building which he designed himself.
“As soon as I started designing the building, I started thinking about the opportunity of creating a home for myself here,” he says.
The apartment, which has over 200 seating spaces, a garden and a swimming pool, was designed with natural light and the luxury of space as key features.
