1. Le Creuset’s Vida Brazil Collection

Le Creuset has launched the Vida Brazil Collection just in time for the 2016 Rio Olympics. “We are all feeling the bright and festive Olympic spirit, especially with South Africa doing so well!” says Editor-in-Chief Sumien Brink.

2. mywalltattoos.com Spring/Summer collection

To celebrate the arrival of spring, local online store mywalltattoos.com has released a range of new vinyl decals. “The ideal way to brighten up a dull space,” says Online Editor Lindi Brownell Meiring.

3. New London Underground Font

“An unashamed print nerd I’m kind of fascinated by the fact that the font used in the London Underground has been revamped 100 years after its introduction in 1916,” explains Features Editor Tracy Greenwood. “Originally designed by a calligrapher, the familiar typeface, called Johnston, has been replaced by Johnston100, an upgrade that makes it internet friendly with the addition of characters like # and @, which were irrelevant back in the day, as well as five weightings to make it legible in app form and on billboards and other signage.”

4. IKEA – Let’s Relax

“I just love the concept of this IKEA advert,” says Managing Editor Lise Avis. “It really puts the absurdity of social media into perspective.”

5. Vernie The Squid Installation By Moradavaga

“I really love this clever squid installation by Moradavaga, a collective made up of architects Manfred Eccli and Pedro Cavaco Leitão,” says Content Producer Michaela Stehr. “Passers-by can interact with each other by speaking through the eyes and legs of this marooned sea beast.”
