Award-Winning Development: Pangia Beach

In December 2015, at the International Property Awards ceremony held in London, Panosco Properties’ Pangia Beach was awarded Best Residential Development in Africa.

The 33 luxury beach apartments are split over four buildings and vary from one to four bedrooms. Located in Mahé in the Seychelles, they offer contemporary-style beach living, interpreted through a light, neutral palette, natural wood finishes and uninterrupted views to Sainte Anne and Cerf Island. Each apartment offers spacious living areas that open up onto large terraces or private gardens with plunge pools. In addition, residents can also enjoy direct beach access and private mooring facilities.

In November 2015, Pangia Beach was also announced as winner of a 5 star African Property Award for Best Residential Development in the Seychelles, at the 2015 International Property Awards summit for Africa & Arabia, held in Dubai.

The property, developed by Panosco Properties, was designed by SA’s very own award-winning SAOTA.

It is due for construction in early 2016.
