Most people know Jim Carrey as one of the USA’s most famous comedic actors, but did you know that he is an accomplished artist too?
This documentary, directed and produced by David Bushell, highlights a different side of the renowned actor, from his early years of drawing and sketching to his current work, which will be showcased for the first time at Signature Galleries in Las Vegas in September 2017.

“When I really started painting a lot I had become so obsessed that there was nowhere to move in my home,” he says in the clip. “Paintings were everywhere. They were becoming a part of the furniture.”
For Jim, painting is a means of freedom, “free from the future, free from the past, free from regret, free from worry.”
