Coinciding with the launch of this year’s FNB JoburgArtFair is the Warren Editions Pop-up exhibition, which will take place at 44 Stanley.
The exhibition will showcase the work of artists including Brett Murray, Dan Halter, Diane Victor, Georgina Gratrix, Hugh Byrne, Katherine Bull, Mia Chaplin, Michael Taylor, Sanell Aggenbach and Wilhelm Saayman.
“Some of the artists with whom we work are not readily available in Joburg, therefore it also makes sense to give time for the appreciation of their work by an audience beyond our Cape Town market,” says the team at Warren Editions. “Our emergence into a new city comes at an appropriate time for the studio, as 2017 marks our 10th year of cooperation and collaboration in Cape Town.”
The studio will have a trough full of prints of earlier works to browse, and, in celebration of its 10th birthday, a selection of works made in the first five years of the studio’s existence will also be for sale.
