Artist and sculptor Vera van Wolferen, who is based in The Netherlands, creates tiny wooden whimsical worlds under glass bell jars.

These architectural scenes exude an air of mystery and magic. Van Wolferen uses a variety of materials to enhance the scenes, including cotton and paper, but her main medium of choice is balsa wood.
