Brighten up your home with one (or more) of these bold little stools.

This has to be the cutest stool we’ve seen in a long time, and we do see a lot of them. The button stool is the creation of Cape Town art director turned product designer Tim Church. “Buttons already look like stool tops for ants. All that had to change was the scale and to create some legs. I love their playfulness and the vibrant colour they bring to a space,” says Tim.

The stools are available in beech, mahogany and African walnut (retailing at R2 290 each), as well as bright yellow, red and grey (retailing at R1 590 each). Apart from the standard 45cm x 32cm, the wooden stools are also available in 75cm x 32cm.
