Hang unframed mirrors using shoelaces for a cheerful, inexpensive decorative feature.
Round mirrors are fun and don’t cost a fortune. Getting them framed is the pricey bit. Instead, string them up using shoelaces, ribbon, string or leather thongs – depending on the look you want to achieve.
We bought our mirrors at Home Stuff, Randburg, 011 886 8124. Small mirrors R18, medium R27 and large R35.
