From the cutest Shiba Inu ceramics and a clever pasta spoon to a locally designed public bike rack and a Disaronno bottle, these are the top VISI picks of the week series – week 169.

1. Shiba Inu Ceramics

“I am completely besotted with these adorable ceramics by Japanese artist Tetsuya Iseda,” says Features Writer Amelia Brown. “Reminds me of my own special puppy!”

2. Papa Nessie

“Having featured the Nessie Ladle as one of our previous Picks of the Week, I couldn’t resist the newest addition to the range, the Papa Nessie Pasta Spoon,” says Online Editor Lindi Brownell Meiring. “As someone who eats a lot of pasta, this cute design would really come in handy.”

3. Blade Outdoor Bike Rack From Blok

“Blok, in partnership with Future Cape Town and the City of Cape Town, is excited that the public can now utilise this outdoor bike parking system,” says Art Director Anton Pietersen. “Designed by North Ltd and Cape Town-based designer Rotem Shachar, the bike rack resembles blades of grass. I love seeing design accessible for public use throughout the city, in this case on the Sea Point Promenade.”

“I love Disaronno’s whimsical, paisley collaboration with Etro,” says Assistant Editor Tracy Greenwood. “This is the fourth year in a row that the liquor brand has partnered with an iconic fashion house to create a jaw-dropping limited edition label.”
