Paul Smith’s new fragrances will be available exclusively at Paul Smith stores in Cape Town and Johannesburg from April 2011.
“I wanted to create a fragrance that bottled the spirit of optimism – that captured the youthful enthusiasm and energy I see around me every day,” says Paul. “It’s about time that someone made a positive statement.”
Optimistic for Him combines an outdoorsy freshness with a sensuality that promises to appeal to the ladies. It’s a classic male fragrance in the Fougère (“fern-like”) family of scents, underpinned by a happy, seductive quality.
Optimistic for Her combines floral tenderness with a fruity top note. It’s fun and yet familiar as well – exciting and yet somehow comforting, playful, yet decidedly feminine.
Paul Smith Optimistic for Him Eau de Toilette Natural Spray retails at R450 (50ml) and R590 (100ml), while Paul Smith Optimistic for Her Eau de Toilette Natural Spray retails at R510 (50ml) and R680 (100ml).
