New Mungo Studio in Cape Town

Mungo has opened a bright new studio on Cape Town’s Buitengracht Street.

The studio acts as a showroom for Mungo’s locally made, natural fibre textiles, including bed linen, cushions, throws and blankets, towels, kitchen and table linen, apparel and more.

What began in Plettenberg Bay four years ago has now rapidly expanded as more people gain interest in sustainability products. Mungo also uses restored 19th century Hattersley looms to create state-of-the-art woven wares.

The Mungo Studio is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, or by appointment.
