Ardmore Ceramics’ idiosyncratic style has been a firm favourite amongst lovers of South African ceramics since its founding three decades ago.

The company’s journey took another leap forward in September 2013, when Ardmore Ceramics founder Fée Halsted, in collaboration with Fleur Heyns and Jonathan Berning, launched Halsted Design.

Fast forward two years later and Halsted Design has opened the doors to its first flagship store in Hyde Park.

Halsted’s primary focus is taking African art and translating it into global design. At the opening of the store, the company also launched its Ardmore Collection, the brand’s first luxury range of fabrics, homeware and furniture inspired by the artistic style of Ardmore Ceramics.
