WORDS Michaela Stehr
Ukrainian artist Dima Pokrovsky of wooduliketoo creates miniature wooden replicas of both traditional and contemporary European houses.
These handmade models, which mirror Soviet and European architecture, are each fitted with a tiny light inside the structure to give off a warm glow when placed in the dark – and they are all small enough to fit into the palm of your hand.
Each model is carved from polished plywood, painted with acrylic and supplemented with a battery powered LED light.
