It’s Sunday morning and it’s the perfect time for an eclair! Little rain won’t stop me from taking a piece of my “La cerise sur le gâteau” (the cherry on the cake) made by @pierrehermeofficial @ph_carrement_chocolat this giant slice of cake is actually a cake for 6 people made with dacquoise biscuit with hazelnuts, hazelnut crisp, milk chocolate wafers, milk chocolate ganache and milk chocolate chantilly.
