Originally conceived as a Tumblr blog by a group of friends seeking solace in upstate New York, Cabin Porn quickly evolved into a cult-favourite book capturing the quiet, rustic beauty of hand-built hideaways.
Curated by Zach Klein (co-founder of Vimeo) and a small community of like-minded dreamers, the book is a lush photo anthology showcasing remote cabins, treehouses, and off-grid shelters from around the world. Off the back of the success of Cabin Porn, its creators decided to delve deeper into the best-loved homes. The release of Cabin Porn: Inside offers readers a close-up look at the stunning architecture and interior design that makes these tiny abodes truly remarkable.
As fans of remote escapes that allow a deeper connection to nature, we decided to round up a few of our favourite cabins featured in the 1st tome.
