- Always be well equipped with enough insect repellent; there are few things worse than having unwanted guests at your party.
- Make sure to be on top of your ice supply. You can never have too much ice. A clever and pretty alternative are frozen floral ice cubes – they’ll add a beautiful quality to summery cocktails.
- Make use of comfortable and moveable seating options that double up as decor and liven up your space with colourful scatter cushions.
- Shade, shade and more shade. Ensure that you have enough shaded areas, parasols and umbrellas available to keep your guests cool.
- Wind-proof candles make for an awesome evening aesthetic and ambience when placed in glass vases/containers.
