The recently released commercial for Apple HomePods, directed by Spike Jonze, is an emphatic declaration of the HomePod speakers’ ability.
We watch as singer-songwriter FKA twigs, who plays a tired young professional coming home from a long day in the city, transforms, together with her small apartment, as soon as she switches on her Apple HomePod. Set to Anderson .Paak’s Til It’s Over, FKA twigs dances through her now expanding home, as technicolour-toned strips spread out over the walls of her apartment.
