The Mindstream Cabinet

The mind-blowing Mindstream Cabinet, released at the recent Milan Design Week, is further proof of Diesel and Moroso’s successful partnership.

An almost random layering of images inside the Cabinet creates visual worlds that succeed in turning a static object into a dynamic one. It offers a new, contemporary form of beauty based on contrasts.

The images are digitally printed onto mass-coloured medium-density fibreboard to create a play between the substrate and the “superficial beauty” of the pictures, while the modular form allows for different “stories” related to the various images and functions.

Diesel and Moroso’s new Successful Living range also consists of the Chubby Chic Collection: an armchair and two pouffes that epitomise snug, casual comfort with leather belts and handles that emphasise the roundness of the soft, natural forms.

And VISI adores the Tiramigiu Sofa Bed – a convertible sofa that doesn’t reveal its function at first glance. The backrest can be adjusted to three positions – vertical, relaxed or flat – making it the ideal multi-purpose solution for small spaces.
