What you need:
A lot of plastic spoons!
One large empty water bottle
A box cutter knife
A glue gun
Glue sticks
Light attachment and low energy bulb
Plier or wire cutters
What you do:
Use the box cutter to remove the base of the bottle. Snap each handle off the spoons and attach the heads to the bottle. Use the glue gun and work from the base of the bottle up, overlapping as you go.
Create a circle of spoons to cover the bottle neck.
Insert the cable into the bottle through the neck and attach the light fitting with a low energy bulb via the base of the bottle.
Your final product will hopefully look like this:
