Sean Yoro’s Water Murals

Artist Sean Yoro (also known as Hula) is creating beautiful work in unusual places.

Born in Hawaii and now living in New York, Sean uses acrylic paint for his realistic portraits of women, which reflect on the water’s surface. He scouts for empty walls along the sea’s edge to take street art outside the confines of the city walls. Using a surfboard, Sean finds the best spots to paint women emerging from the ocean, using the water levels and waves as part of his creations.
