Ruan Hoffmann at Anthropologie, NY

South Africa’s ceramists have really come into their own, with international stores scrambling to get their hands on our wares.

These striking images of Ruan Hoffmann’s current exhibition at Anthropologie in New York show that our star continues to rise.

The exhibition, entitled “Much Love Me”, consists of 100 of Ruan’s artfully crafted ceramic plates. All the artworks have already been bought by Anthropologie and they’re reselling these in New York. We’re totally enamoured with the layout of the plates, which sit atop steel rods: an excellent display for an interesting collection of Proudly South African art.
