5. Moustaches Make A Difference campaign by TBWA Singapore : While searching for all things Movember, art director Anton Pietersen stumbled on this series of posters from a Singapore ad campaign titled "Moustaches Makes A Difference". The Mario brothers, Salvador Dali and Einstein posters are his favourites.|
1. Officer by Studio AMUNA : “How rad is this?” excitedly exclaims editorial and online assistant Chantel Hans. “It wasn’t even created for Movember! Designed by Sanghyeon Cho & Ji (a children’s book illustrator) this delightful cabinet is an officer I would LOVE to take home."|
3. The New Orleans National Beard and Moustache Championships : “I love this crazy portrait by photographer Greg Anderson of one of the participants. It takes a real man to make art of the stuff he probably wishes grew on his head!” features writer Debbie Loots giggles.|
6. Mustache Digital Print For Men by AldriArt : Want a mo, but not quite sure how to go about it? Managing editor Lise Avis provides us with a solution, “this nifty Mustache Digital Print can be your daily inspiration on how to style a rogue mo!”|
2. Moustache Ring by Honey Song : “I’ve never been able to grow a moustache, I assume it has something to do with evolution. However, I’m all about male health and in support of this year’s Movember I’ll be sporting this tash ring. Hashtag-LOVE!" editor-at-large Malibongwe Tyilo beams.|
4. Mo Tie by My Bro Tie : “There’s nothing quite as twee as a bowtie or as full of bravado as a tash,” ponders features and online editor Nadine Botha. “I’m putting my money on this twee tash by up-and-coming CT hipsters. With each R70 tie sold, R7 is donated to cancer research."|
7. Mustaches Washi Tape by Sanna se Winkel : “This is such fun and a nice break from all that facial hair that makes me feel totally ‘benoud'!“ sighs editor-in-chief Sumien Brink with relief.|
Love it or hate it, it looks like Movember is here to stay. Started as a quirky and light-hearted manner in which to promote men’s health, the whole team (some more enthusiastically than others) got into the spirit with all things tash.
