Picks of the Week

From strange slippers and incredible stair art to Hamleys in South Africa and a striking Billie Holliday portrait, here are our top picks for this week.

1. Russell Powell Hand Paintings

“I love how school teacher Russell Powell paints super realistic portraits on his hand before stamping each one and immortalising them on a piece of paper,” says online editor Lindi Brownell Meiring.
