Almost three centuries after the Lazy Susan was invented (curiously enough by the third American president Thomas Jefferson), Dutch design brand Royal VKB presents the Lazy Linda, made for the cook in mind, rather than the diner.

This attractive and handy device makes storing and accessing everyday cooking utensils and accessories a cinch. Designed by Brit Simon Wilkinson the Lazy Linda makes a handsome addition to the modern kitchen, and is made to stand out rather than be hidden in drawers and cupboards along with other kitchen kit.

The high container is ideal for storing tall items like spatulas and wooden spoons while the compartments make stashing other useful bits and bobs a tidy affair. The lower level is perfect for spice jars, peelers and other small items, and the ball bearings, which mark this new offering’s namesake make the Lazy Linda easy to rotate, ensuring easy access to your equipment when you’re busy at the stove.
