Capetonians can now design their own fragrances, thanks to the new Jo Malone store at the V&A Waterfront. Set out in the iconic London store style, the shop gives you the chance to try your hand at fragrance combining.
Using Jo Malone’s signature scents at the Tasting Bar, you can weave together the various aromas to create your own bespoke fragrance, crème, cologne or bath oil. Delicate florals, earthy woods, or cheeky spice – it’s up to you.
Smell certainly reigns supreme in the new store, with fragranced hand-poured candles, bath and body care and Jo Malone’s newer and more classic fragrances for you to take in, one sensational sniff at a time.
Enjoy a hand and arm massage while you’re at it. Designed for a wrap-around sensory experience, the boutique store offers its customers a little pampering and a treat for more than just the nose.
