Created by Copenhagen-based artist Jacoba, in collaboration with Void Projects, Home MuralFest saw 67 artists in lockdown across the globe create murals at home.
“This project aimed to explore and utilise the limits that have restricted these artists from their seasonal outdoor escapades,” explains Void Projects.
Each piece was created within the artist’s space of isolation, from bathroom, kitchen and bedroom walls to outdoor sheds, ceilings and floors.
Artists around the world are being asked to contribute to the movement via Instagram with the hashtag #homemuralfest. Want to get involved? The initiative is now in its second iteration:
