WORDS Lindi Brownell Meiring
Luxury fashion house Hermès has once again teamed up with local design brand Ardmore on a new range of silk scarves.
The “Flowers Of Africa” collection, Ardmore’s third design for the French brand (we previously featured The Savana Dance and La Marche du Zambezi), is inspired by South Africa’s natural flora, with a focus on the pincushion protea. For Hermès, the imagery reflects a new interpretation of a traditional design.
Inspired by the beloved ceramic creations crafted by Ardmore’s artists, the scarf collection is available in 10 colourways, as seen in the gallery above.

The scarves retail at $395 and are available exclusively at Hermès stores and online at hermes.com.
