First Look: Edgars Made Café

Edgars has teamed up with food franchising company Famous Brands to launch MADE, a new concept café inside Edgars.

The decor incorporates a modern palette of wood, copper, marble and leather accents, with red and white tiles mirroring the brand’s iconic logo.

With a focus on deli-style meals and drinks, including pastries, sandwiches and salads, the MADE Café offers customers a one-stop-shop experience – a place where shoppers can browse the latest items online and get it delivered straight to their homes.

“We are so excited to be entering in to this collaboration with Famous Brands, who are established and respected in the food industry,” said Andrew Levemore, CE at Edgars. “We know that this fusion will bring an even better shopping experience into the South African retail landscape.”

The first MADE Café is located in the newly renovated Edgars store at Eastgate Mall in Johannesburg.
