Acclaimed Parisian designer Constance Guisset’s Windmills ottomans celebrate colour and movement.

The Windmills collection, based on the concept of a seating island, comprises three round ottomans in different sizes. The playful design and variation in size – from the pouffe that’s 60cm in diameter to the islands measuring 110cm and 180cm across – allow you to make informal use of the pieces.

The three ottomans are available in modern tone-on-tone greys and hues of blue, as well as bright rainbow segments.

Windmills ottomans are extremely durable. The combination of a sturdy wooden frame, non-deformable poly-urethane foam and polyester fibre upholstery allow these pieces to be used as multifunctional furniture. The small pouffe makes a great footrest or addition to a games room, whereas the bigger ottomans will give a facelift to a neutral room in the form of a rotating seat or a soft play space for kids. They turn smoothly on a ball-bearing mechanism, creating the illusion of a colourful spiral wave.

With spring around the corner, the contemporary Windmills collection is a great way to revitalise your home. The rainbow hues will brighten a light-toned room and the calming greys will make a subtle yet modern impact on your living space.

The ottomans are priced at R15 540 for small, medium R30 000 and large R54 350 from robert-thomson.com.
