The Alessichair by David Chipperfield for Lamm – set to be launched at the Milan Design Week in April 2011– is an interesting venture for the Italian kitchenware company that’s sure to add a pop of happy colour to homes around the world.
Alessi will present the folding, ultraslim chair along with Alessilux – a series of LED lighting solutions by Giovanni Alessi Anghini, Gabriele Chiave, Frederic Gooris and Rodrigo Torres – in an installation by David Chipperfield at the popular Italian design week.
The Alessichair works particularly well as part of a set, as the chairs can be stacked against each other when not in use – perfect for small, contemporary living spaces.
