Eat In Night Market

On Thursday 17 March foodies from around the country will gather for an Eat In first – a night market to announce the winners of the 2011 SAB Eat In Produce Awards and to launch this year’s edition of Eat In magazine.

The market is an evening-long celebration of South Africa’s small producers. There will be eating, drinking and general glee – and then some more eating.

Visitors will be able to enjoy some of the best fresh produce, baked goods and prepared food the country has to offer, indulge in a specially brewed micro-beer and catch live music by Dave Ferguson.

Producers from across SA will be sharing their wares and wisdom – including pickles and preserves from Quality Pickles, meat from Braeside Meat Market, bread from Knead, cheese from Buffalo Ridge and Swissland Cheese, and many more.

The market is taking place at The Old Biscuit Mill (373 – 375 Albert Road, Woodstock) and starts at 17h00.

Entrance is free of charge and everyone is welcome – the more the merrier!
