Four colour theory : The CMYK Lamp reminds us that without light, colour cannot exist. Dennis Parren’s design makes use of LEDs that emit light through the frame of the lamp and projects illuminated lines of cyan, magenta and yellow across the immediate walls and ceilings. -

Telescopic mood : Livia Rossi and Gianluca Giabardo combined their design knowledge to launch their Lightscape range of lights. These telescopic lights make use of three coloured cylinders to create a mood that reflects a memory, which is often inspired by a photograph. -
Room-scape : Landscape is an asymmetric room divider designed and manufactured by Patrick Beyaert from Formz. The divider is made from an aluminium composite and showcases Patrick’s attention to craftsmanship and his love for the Japanese art of origami. -

A stool for the kidults : The Poke Stool is Korean typography designer, Kyuhyung Cho’s first furniture piece. The stool is simple but playful. Each stool has four legs and eight holes, making it possible for the stools to be stacked on top of each other by ‘poking’ each other. -

Metal look : Lex Pott not only designs furniture, but also experiments with the natural appearance of metals. The True Colours shelving range shows what metals really look like when found in nature like copper, which is green and iron that has an orange-brown colour. -

Play island : Photographer Fien Muller and sculptor Hannes van Severen collaborated on this furniture project. The Eiland is a fusion of various furniture pieces that form one compact and functional composition. -
Hard hat : Andrea Deppieri is the driving force behind this innovative Tête De Bois fashion design project. His aim was to mould wood in such a way that it becomes a comfortable everyday accessory. Tanganyika and mahogany wood are used. -

Hat trick : Mars Hwasung Yoo owns the design studio BYMARS, and enjoys taking ordinary everyday objects and using them as inspiration for design objects with a completely different purpose. His elegant HAT Lamp is just that — a headpiece used as a light.
