The building is currently being restored by Signatura, in association with Juan Bernicchi Architects, Francois du Plessis Interiors and the Stonehill Property Fund. Set to be ready for occupation from September 2016, it will be divided between the five-star Radisson Blu Hotel (floors 1 – 11) and luxury apartments (floors 12 -23).
